Jason's response to your inquiry was correct.  In outline form:

In 2000, regular CCNP (CCNA, BSCN, BCMSN, BCRAN, CIT or their
predecessors)+MCNS=CCNP Security Specialist.

In 2001, CCNA+MCNS+CSPFA+CSIDS+CSVPN=Cisco Qualified Specialist in Security.
(late last year, on the Cisco web site, it did say that there would be a
CCNP Security that would consist of the 5 CCNP tests+the 4 security tests,
but that was overtaken by the CQS Security before it was implemented)
