I currently have Multicasting (PIM-sparse-dense-mode/CGMP) enabled on my
MSFC's ... and in all my Access Layer switches (Cat4006/Layer 2), but
nothing on my Cat 6509 (since I have no clients that need to join any
multicast groups)...

I am seeing a TON of Syslog CGMP join messages in CiscoWorks even when I'm
not running any multicasting applications... this is happening on 2 of my
switches that have Macintosh clients running on them... I'm assuming it's
the Appletalk since it uses multicasting, but CGMP join messages in my
Syslog?????!!!!!! Also seeing an "Invalid Multicast address from source MAC
address #.#.# on port #/#" Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Jeff
