It's not exactly a "problem".  It's probably just a blocked port.  If you
can send more info I'll be glad to help out.

What is blocked/open on the PIX?

What kind of NAT are you using?  Overload?

Is the router in front of the PIX locking anything?

Do users on the network get into these services if they're not dialing in?

Send your config..that'll help too.
