ummm... ugly?  You don't state if there is a problem (such as the terminals
attached to the controller not communicating with the front-end, or the FEP
can't see the controller - I guess you forgot to let us know in the
excitement of the moment), but this link might help:

looks to me like a serial interface spoofing SNA/SDLC.  I never knew a
serial interface could go down/up, but it makes sense from the spoofing
perspective - looks like the connection to the cluster controller is broken,
or someone shut off the power to the controller, or the RS-232 interface on
the controller went bad.
