I say if your on a budget and building a CCIE lab, go with a 262x minimum.
Why? Because you pick up FastEthernet (ISL, dot1q, etc) at the same time.
3620 used price is like $1200-$1500
a NM-1FE for a 3600 is like $800
yet a 2620 is only about $1200 used
The 1750's FE cannot do ISL or dot1q.
In fact, i would say sell the 3620 and get a 2620 or 2621, you lose
nothing, and gain FastEthernet.
