This may be a rudimentary question for all the EE majors out there.
Can anyone tell me what the 0x in front of 0x00-80-C2 is for?( Why
don't they just use the 00?) If I need to brush up on my hex (don't we
all now that IPv6 is coming out) let me know what good resources are out
there.
