Here is the link for configuring Frame Relay as provided by Cisco:

/wcfrelay.htm
Here is the link for configuring your T1 WIC card:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/12cgcr/inter
_c/icserint.htm#xtocid2414875
You may want to ask your carrier more questions for your WIC card... This
is a full T1? If so, who will provide the timing? On our network it would
be you, on some networks the carrier would provide the timing for you. I'm
assuming your T1 is ESF which is usually the case but these are things they
should tell you.
Hope this helps... I prefer emails with links for learning purposes, if you
were looking for hand holding configs, I apologize.
Thanks,
Mike Munoz
