Use the debug ip mpacket EXEC command to display IP multicast packets
received and transmitted.

Try debug ip packet, I am not sure you have configure multicasting in your
router or not.

I do not know you configure any routing routing protocol, but not all
rotuing protocol use
mutlicastingl.

It is just my little opinion.
