This is becoming one of those why do NT guys look down on Unix guys thing..... I once seen a Unix admin attend a NT course and was rejected by the trainer on the first day because he doesn't know how to use a mouse, and the trainer insisted that he is not going to train someone how to use the mouse on a Admin course.
