Here are some suggestions for making it more likely you'll get an answer:

Post only one question per message.
Include a subject that is relevant.
Show that you have done some work to research the topic yourself, a quick 
search of Cisco.com or Google at least.
Remember this is a list for people studying for Cisco certification. Keep 
it relevant.
Don't ask us to do your troubleshooting or design work for you. (Sometimes 
those types of questions get answers, but sometimes they don't.)
Remember that everyone on this list volunteers their time. Don't demand 
responses.
If you post a question that sounds like it came from an actual test, assure 
us that it doesn't and that you are not breaking the NDA.
Join the CCNA group (not this group) for newbie questions.
