in answer to your question ......there really isnt one...
the 3100 does layer 2 and 3 switching but doesn`t have a REAL ios ...so no
good...
then you have a choice of
2948-LG3
3550-T12
4908-LG3
ALL of these are expensive .......i was quoted 6K(US) 4.5k (UK) for the
29.....the rest.... i don`t want to hazard a guess
