You have to remember that when you do a "show run" that the router builds a
set of configuration commands that would create the configuration - not
necessarily what was typed in.

That means that it is very possible that you type in "clock rate" to
configure the router and the IOS portion that implements it understands it.

But the "show run" part of IOS has been programmed to return "clockrate"
when it builds a representation of the configuration.

6 of this or one half dozen of the other - one engineer did it one way and
another engineer didn't read his notes......
