My bet would be on the 7000 router with the AIP card. There is a reseller
who started at $600 per Multimode OC-3 155 Mbs AIP and is now down to $350.
7000 chassis have been quite reasonable. The RP processor only goes to IOS
ver 11.2. There are RSP7000 modules available that will run the latest IOS
but they are pricey. Least cost switch is the LightStream 100.
