there was one mistake in that page, and that is in the fourth column
description - it's really the age, and not the cost, of the associated route.

Disclaimer: I never knew a router that was running version 8.3. The oldest
version I ever dealt with was 9.21 on a Cisco 3000 series router. ;-)
