There may be a configuration problem but that may also be an IOS issue. When
I've been on the classroom for the Cisco CVOICE 2.1 training, we had some
troubles that only were fixed by changing the IOS. The weird part is that
this changes usually have fixed some problems but have also created some
other. And I remember that not hearing the dial tone was one of the problems
we had on one of these version updates. Unfortunately, VoIP is something
that is not yet mature on IOS and you may find many IOS related bugs!!
