Here in the Las Vegas area you are looking at $35/hr -- of course our cost
of living is
much less than D.C. :)  That is for adjunct faculty (part-timers), full-time
faculty
make more but positions are scarce and you need a Master's degree here.

I don't think the CCAI has any commercial value other than perhaps getting
you in the
door.  You need a CCSI for commercial training organizations.
