I am trying to start a similiar thing here in Sydney Australia. However,
its not really aimed at dis advantaged people, but they are more than
welcome. Only problem is there is no one to lead us.
So far there are 4 people in the group, we have 2 routers (both ISDN)
and one switch. If any one in Australia has a spare ISDN simulator we
can talk prices (free would be better though :)
