Displaying computers in network neighbourhood is the task of the 3browser
service.
But you bypass the browser service, and verify you can see the names of the
computers without it :
Start --> Find computers -> enter the name of a computer.
Try local and remote ones.
If you see none, try the same with IP addresses.
Can you tell me the results of these tests ?
