hello, i have an oppurtunity to buy a 500-CS access router in place of a 2509/2511 access router for my Lab practice. I hear they serve the same purpose for the lab.My question(s) is/are : in as much as they serve the same purpose, would there be any difference HW/SW (e.g IOS version running,number of asynch ports)to watch out for, or is it better to go for the 2511?What cable would the 500-CS router use?The normal octal cable used on a 2511?It's a cost issue,'cos i'm getting a good deal for the 500-CS.
