Hi group,
Have posted this problem before and some members wanted my configs. Here
they are.
I am going crazy trying to figure out what I have missed.

I am following the lab on Vlans from Hutnick and Satterlee 1st edition.

Have a Cat 5000. RouterA connected to 2/8 and routerB to 2/9. A 2620
connected to 2/12. Trunking enabled on 2/12
RouterA ip=192.1.1.1 /24. router rip, netw 192.1.1.0
RouterB ip=193.1.1.1 /24. router rip, netw 193.1.1.0

Problem: Cannot ping router A from router B BUT can ping router B from
router A

Here is the config:
Subif's on the 2620:
f0/0.1
encap isl 1
ip addr 192.1.1.10 255.255.255.0
shut
no shut

f0/0.2
encap isl 2
ip addr 193.1.1.10 255.255.255.0
shut
no shut

router rip
netw 192.1.1.0
netw 193.1.1.0

On the Cat 5 :
set vtp domain CCIE_LAB
set vlan 2 2/9
set vlan 2
set trunk on 2/12

set int sc0 192.1.1.2 255.255.255.0
set ip route default 192.1.1.10

sh trunk shows port 2/12, allowed vlans and active : 1 - 2
sh port 2/12 shows vlan....trunk
sh port 2/9 shows it to be in vlan2 and
sh port 2/8 shows it to be in vlan1

sh ver shows the Ver. McpSW 4.1(1) and NmpSw 4.1(1)

Here is the problem once again:
Cannot ping RouterA(192.1.1.1) from RouterB(193.1.1.1)
A sh ip route on RouterB does not show netw 192.1.1.0

Can ping RouterB from RouterA
Can ping the switch from RouterA
Can ping the 2620 from RouterA
sh ip route shows networks 192.1.1.0 and 193.1.1.0 on routerA

What is the problem? Why is it not working??
Please help.
Thank you.
