Hey all I am having a wierd quirk and thought maybe you all may help me find
an answer.

We've just set up a docsis environment with a CMTS including a UBR7200,
CNR (running on a an E250), and UBR900's as cable modems...the RF network
seems fine, and the cabling is cool.
The problem is that the cable modems are stuck between init(d) and offline
states...looks they can communicate with the UBR7200 fine through the
cable interface, but they cant seem to get to the DHCP server (CNR) on
another network (the cable-helper address seems to be setup fine though),
the DISCOVER packets cant seem to traverse over, the UBR sees them, but
cant forward them...the DHCP server and UBR are on the same switch, I
think we've narrowed it down to a routing issue, but I can ping the DHCP
server from with a source address of the cable interface's primary address
(but not the secondary)
