If you mean connecting 2 t1 wic's or 2 t1 csu/dsu's, Use a Cat5 cable wired
as follows
Pin 1 Connected to Pin 4
Pin 2 Connected to Pin 5
This will "crossover" the TX and RX pairs and make a t1 crossover cable.  
If anybody doesn't have the stuff to make these, I'll make and ship one in
the US for $5.

If you want to connect 2 serial interfaces, then you need a DTE-DCE cable.
These are available from www.pacificcable.com.
