To all, Has anyone experienced any callback problems with a 3640, TACACS+ and SecureID?? Specifically: 3640 with 8bri, 18 mica modem, 1 ethernet. ver12.2(2)T - plus ver2.0.7.0 portware for mica's 1 Tacacs+ server for NT ver2.6 SecureID ver4.1 Users dial into 3640 over Analogue, authenticate to TACACS+, whom hands off the external database (secureID). There are no ISDN dial in users, purely analogue (at the moment). Authentication works fine, except for dialback. When dialback happens it authenticates, goes to register the computer on the network and fails as the router dumps the copied user out of memory and ppp authorization fails. I'm going to try a mainline version of ios next week, but the problem has followed across a number of IOS types. Has anyone had a similiar problem, and if so how did you resolve it? This case is logged with TAC but haven't been getting much joy.
