no reason this shouldn't work.
my only concern is your having an internet connection that terminates on the
same device that connects directly to your inside network. some hacker gets
into that box and there is no stopping them. OTOH, if your boss is a
cheapskate, I can see why you made that choice. ;->

I just want to make sure I can make this work.
I have a Cisco 1720 with 2 T1 DSU/CSU's.
I want one T1 will be a point-to-point connection going to another office.
The second T1 will be going to my ISP.
I want the point-to-point users to be able to use my ISP's internet access.
I will be using Natting. I assume I can get this to work with a modified
basic config.
Does anyone see any speedbumps I might hit?
