yes.  You'll need a T-1 rollover cable with RJ-45 connectors on both sides
for the CSU/CSU connection that looks like this

1 -- 4
2 -- 5
4 -- 1
5 -- 2

pin orientation is with the RJ-45 tab-side down, connector pointing away
from you, pin 1 on the top left
