If you have no access control lists configured then all TCP and UDP traffic
should pass by default. If you have access-lists or the Firewall feature set
configured then you need to adjust them accordingly.
Have you attempted to use the application? If so, is it failing? If you have
an access-list on an interface, have you tried disabling it temporarily and
then testing the application?
If this post doesn't apply then you might want to provide more details. If
you post a config, blank out ip addresses and passwords.
