The ILMI issue was cleared with the 12.1 release, I assume it was fixed in all other releases too ??? Why I ask, I suggested a customer run a PVC "in the clear" (through their hardware encrypors) for a BGP link to the ISP. My suggestion was met with opposition, due to the ILMI issue from late last year. My reply was that this was found by Cisco as a design flaw & was fixed in 12.1. In researching this a little more today, I see the LS1010's don't have a 12.1 code yet. It's safe to assume this was fixed for all codes ???
