Based on your explanation, I can't tell what model of router and WAN
connectivity you are using. Is the router connecting to the PIX or do you
have a client behind the router connecting to the PIX. Yes, your router is
vulnerable unless you are running ACL's and CBAC. The VPN tunnel isn't
necessarily vulnerable as long as you are using strong encryption.
