In Cisco routers, the codes for a traceroute command reply are the
following:
! -- success
* -- time out
N -- network unreachable
H -- host unreachable
P -- protocol unreachable
A -- admin denied
Q -- source quench received (congestion)
? -- unknown (any other ICMP message)
