i don`t like the amount of interface resets you are getting... can you clear counters and watch the amount you are getting....on both sides.. int resets cum from the line bieng dropped (g703/line) i have smds/leased lines and you should not get ANY int resets on a good line..... the last time i had this problem it was the BT CSU/DSU that was at fault that FUNNY you know ...al the BT CSU/DSU (for there 2 meg leased) have an X21 port built in.... you could also try swapping the ints (S0-S1)on both sides to see if that makes a difference... Is this a new install??.... it IS possible that the G703 converter is stuffed....we use BlackBox ones...and they SHOULD work straight out of the box...
