Bookpool might have the best deal , but the transport cost works out to be
higher for International customers .
   I prefer buying from Amazon , because of the shipping options they offer
for out of US customers . It works to be much lower then bookpool , and the
total cost of the book less discount  plus the freight is slightly lower at
amazon as compared to other book vendors .
