Check the CSU/DSU's to see how many channels you have set up for data. If its an Adtran, the manual will come with it or you can call 18009Adtran (THEY ROCK btw!). That is my guess, you really didnt give us too much to go by. Are the routers on both ends Cisco? Are you using HDLC? PPP? What are the outputs of your debug commands? If your routers are set up correctly and your not getting any alarms on the CSU/DSU's ill bet that you have the number of channels set up incorrectly.
