Hi All, I have a couple networks connected by frame-relay that use telnet to access their MIS system. Each link is connected to the ISP's central router. All of these networks are experiencing connection problems between the client and server using telnet. The terminals are actually connecting and will work, but randomly they will get disconnected. This happens even when they are not idle. I have checked the routers to see if the frame circuit was being saturated, but according to the sh frame-relay pvc command no packets have been dropped and the CIR is not being surpassed. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of why this is happening. To try to fix the problem we have even switched ISPs, but the problem still persists. I have read that having dual clocking could cause this problem, but the ISP is the DCE.
Thanks for the help in advance, Ryan Cochran Message Posted at: http://www.groupstudy.com/form/read.php?f=7&i=22137&t=22137 -------------------------------------------------- FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
