I have a Cisco7507 T1 Pri card directly connected to a private PBX, I can dial-out of this 7507 successfully but calls to it from the outside never get past the PBX. I'm not sure if the problem is with the router or the pbx, my isdn service state shows 'out of service' but the interface, t1 controller and channel are all up and operational. Any suggestions?
