Sorry, you can't.  Not with a 2600.  You need to move up to something like a
3600 or, preferably an AS5x00.

The reason is simple.  The 2600 has only a NM slot.  You are already taking
up that slot with either your PRI, or your E-1 R-2 CAS.  But to also serve
analog calls, you need a modem NM, in order to demodulate the analog
signals.

So basically, you need 2 NM's - one for your PRI or CAS, and the other for
your modems.  Unfortunately, a 2600 can only handle 1 NM.
