Hi, I installed a Catalyst 1924 switch on the LAN. It seems to work ok, however, I am concerned, because when I first plug a device (any device) into a new switch port. It takes a long time (minutes) before I can ping it. After that if I unplug it and reconnect I can ping immediately.
Does anyone know if this is normal? Thanks in advance.
