You need to have Win2K perform routing between the 192.x.x.x and 172.x.x.x subnets. Can't offer too much in the way of specifics to accomplish this, but off the top of my head, I'd say you could configure Internet Connection Sharing to make this work, although I'm pretty sure Win2K will do straight up routing between subnets.
