It's probably technically possible, but very impractical, at least from the perspective of dealing with the lec (billing issues, opening trouble tickets, etc). You'll save youreself lots of headaches by cancelling the voice T1 and ordering a new data circuit. Unless you have no other option, I wouldn't recommend trying it.
