I just ran into an interesting problem with the Cat4000 series. Cisco does not support dot1q at this time on that platform. They are coming out with a new IOS but it has not been released yet. You can only run ISL. It's possible. Make sure the router has a 100BT interface and set up dot1q between the router and the switch. use sub ints on the router to define the Vans and your good to go. I hope this is what you were asking. ccie1ab -----Original Message----- From: Thomas N. Is it possible to set this up? Thanks! Thomas N.
