You have a lot of errors, here is a sample config:

Router A:
int eth0/0
ip address 192.168.30.1 255.255.255.0
!
router ospf 10
log-adjacency-changes
network 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0

Router B:
int eth0/0
ip address 192.168.31.1 255.255.255.0
!
router ospf 10
log-adjacency-changes
network 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255 area 0
!
