Lots of yahoos on the list these days. I am just glad there are some sane
people still focusing on cisco. It is, however, sounding more and more like
a newsgroup. I don't read newsgroups much these days. I am struggling to
keep up with this list with all of these idiotic posts occurring.

Sorry for rambling.

educate me - provide a link to the appropriate US Code reference. point me
to the citations stating that I cannot lend a book to someone. let alone
sell it to someone. there area lot of thrift stores in major trouble, it
seems. not to mention Amazon or any other used book store, who sell books
and pay no royalties.

I will ask my attorney wife to look up any citation you provide next time
she's in the law library.

the point being that your ex cathedra statement cuts no ice.

is it my imagination, or have there been a lot of Yahoos on the list today?

Chuck

Well than prepare to be surprised there Chucky Boy.
You must not know much about the law.. cough.. cough..
among other things ;-)

Just take some time and search the internet for what
rights libraries are given that individuals aren't by
the publishers. Maybe then you can come back and
apologize to me.

Waiting for your apology,
KT
