It's not on CCIE lab, it's on  SWIE lab. It looks that you have
to configure either:

1.
   line vty 0 4
     terminal-type ansi

or

2.
   line vty 0 4
     terminal-type xterm


I'm using xterm, working fine, but some people couldn't see it
with vt100.
