AFAIK, that exam doesn't cover IS-IS. Perhaps they threw in some questions on it, because the BSCI exam for the CCIP is very much like the BSCN exam for CCNP/CCDP excep it covers IS-IS on top of EIGRP/OSPF/BGP, etc....
