Looks like Microcode loader process took a little longer than it
should hence the hog message.  Don't exactly know off my head what
microcode loader process is, do you have a CIP in the chassis??  

  It's not necessarily a big problem, I can force on on my 7500 by doing
OIR, it's a known bug but doesn't really hurt anything:
