If you have network management software running somewhere, it's likely
that you could get that information from there.

Alternately, if you have SNMP running on the device in question, you
could do an snmpget or snmpwalk from another SNMP-enabled station and
get that information.

You'll need access to the router that's local to the remote host. View
that router's ARP cache (show ip arp, etc.) and you should be able to
find it.
