I think I found an answer, basically only a few of the routers are having the RXBOOT image on them. yes, 2500, 3000, 4000 (i know for sure that 5400 has it) and others... but nowhere in the list did i find 17xx or 36xx etc. So its safe to assume that they dont have the rxboot image.
