(2) 8 Meg sticks and (1) 4 Meg for the boot FLASH and I'm pretty sure
the RAM is 32 for both routers.  The M has the better processor.  I've
got them both and a couple of 4700's here in the lab and both 4500's are
16 and 32 boxes.
