Honestly, I'm not sure if the ISA is available for the 7500 series or not,
but you shouldn't need it.

In the 7100 & 7200 series the ISA card is a hardware accelerator for IPSEC.
Without it, IPSEC is done in software.

You should be able to do IPSEC in the 7513 without the ISA, just no telling
how much CPU cycles would be used.
