Guys,

This is exactly what is happening. Unfortunately, Will has a 2500 without
the 2MB of soldered on-board DRAM, thus he only has 14MB of RAM for use by
"run from RAM" images.

Will, you'll need to find a smaller image!   Or, find a 2500 mainboard with
the 2MB of soldered on-board memory. :-(
