A couple of considerations.  First...

You may want to look into a 12.1 or 12.2 IOS if possible.  Go to this link

Looks like nearly all 12.0 code for 1750 was deferred (you can read all the
reasons why if interested).

Also, you will want to issue 'sh ver' to see how much flash you have.  32k
is just you NVRAM (for config files, etc).  Ensure that your box can handle
12.1 or 12.2.  If not, you need more memory or an older IOS.  Note that if
you are running anything other than standard IP feature pack, your memory
requirements can go up quite dramatically.


Also...

You are running OSPF.  Need to think about how many link state databases the
router is maintaining, whether or not it is a DR/BDR, number of routes,
etc.  You could just be pushing the limits of this lower-end router.
